How We Solved It
With dozens of stakeholders across departments, we took an alignment-heavy approach to this project to get clear on the product definition, value propositions, and audience before moving into creative. Over the span of 4 months, we engaged in testing, on-site work sessions in Redmond, WA, and plenty of internal workshops. Arriving at a strong and strategic creative direction, we were able to communicate the full value of this robust, category-breaking application.
